Martin, better known as Marov is DJ and producer who grew up in Leipzig and is member of the DJ collective closed (@closedlive).

He has been following the Leipzig electro scene since 2016 and started his own way in DJing together with friends in 2018. For some time he has also been producing his own tracks. One of them has been released on the third Solisampler by the Leipzig VAK collective.

His sound can be found on a wide range from ambient to deep house to fast dub techno. As long as there are good grooves, emotional pads and deep chords in the tracks, he's in! In general, he likes tracks that build up cool grooves and convey a feeling of fresh wind in your face and floating lightness.

Most recently he played at Institut fuer Zukunft for the closed x Fluid Festival club night in November 2022 and at Mjut (B2B Party of friz collective).

MAESH.ROOM.BOY UA aka Vladyslav Lugovatskiy
discovered Electronic Music as a teenager. The first raves to be done in his hometown of Ivano-Frankivsk, were Detali, VTIXA, and KVADRAT. And were also typical representatives of the Electronic Scene of the Ukrainian Carpathians. But after visiting Rhythm Büro and other Kiev clubs, he became also more and more interested in classic DJing.

Club Music finally pulled him out of a personal depression when MAESH.ROOM.BOY had to end his esports career due to problems with his hands and back either. At that time, his brother got a DJ controller. And Vladyslav practiced so in his free time with this new stuff. And filled the void that arose him after the end of his esports career.

Because he entered the Ukrainian rave culture through Rhythm Büro parties, a significant part of his own signature style consists of a hypnotic motif that turns into his current style of Electro Breaks, Ghetto, and Techno. “I spent my entire life in the Carpathians, so the psychedelic motif is my fetish. And I'm still a continuously learning teenager, so synthetic and fast-paced sound sends me into ecstasy.”
