COCKTAIL by Marcel Hakime

Dj Marcel Hakime has been rocking on the Brazilians dance floor since a young age. His influence in the music world began when he was 8; with strong influences such as Chemical Brothers and Kraftwerk. With extensive researches, Marcel begin in pick-ups at 17, in 2005 - Sao Paulo. And among the years, he was called the provider of dance-floor bombs.
Marcel also spent a considerable time in Bahia – Brazil – where he played in restaurants, bars and night clubs. And also where he became the founder of WEEDEEP – a project of his own that won a big space and recognition in the brazilian scene.
Since 2009 Marcel has been specialising in Hip Hop and Breaks. Always dictating trends, his set's is made up of broken and rhythmic beats with jazz/funky/latin tones and strong bass-line.
When playing, Dj Marcel relies on the use of loops and effects through software and controllers.
The result is impressive!
