Marcell Beloch was born and raised as a Memphis, TN native.
  At the age of 13, Marcell decided to take music seriously. He then teamed up with his brother in law and long time friend to start creating a new music with a new flavor. Little did he know that years later these efforts would turn into one of the most energetic yet serenading and relaxing forms of R&B ever created. With the help of  his brother in law (stello on the beat) owner of Track Committee and his new business partner Donald Kirkland owner of D.K. Management  and his own beautiful voice to serenade the ladies, Marcell finally put together his first studio project to debut.  From this debut was born his first and newest single "PICTURE PERFECT" and electrifying smash hit guaranteed to hit the club scene hard!
