The Facts Of Life

Electronic easy-listening lounge music.

An incomplete MIDI track made during the mid 90´s, now completed with synth and guitar solos. This song is inspired on Jon Anderson and Vangelis´ "I Hear You Now", with the difference I prefered to keep it instrumental.

Used items include Fender/Roland GC-1 Stratocaster with MIDI, Roland GR-30 Guitar Synthesizer, Boss Turbo Distortion pedal, Boss BF3 Flanger pedal, Fuhmann PH01 Vintage Phaser (made in Brazil). All processed through Roland HS-5 Session mixer and finally mixed through Audacity, which also made the conversion to WAV. The original MIDI was made through Midisoft Recording Session.

Space Wind

Tecnopop with lead and rhythm guitars.

This track was full length, but it had long repetitive parts, except for a break in the middle. 
The good things are kept, like the rhythmic precision and the MIDI instruments. Now, guitars were added to give some dirty spice.
My inspiration to compose this song comes from "Droid" by Automat and Vangelis´ "Pulstar".

I used Epiphone Custom Black Beauty, Boss Turbo Distortion pedal, Boss Flanger pedal and Ibanez De7 Delay Echo. Guitars processed by Roland HS-5 Session Mixer and the original MIDI by Midisoft Recording Session. Everything mixed through Audacity, which also converted to WAV.

Composed using Cubix VSTi plugin for beat and bass and Esfera VSTi plugin for alien sounds . Guitar Epiphone Les Paul Black Beauty, Boss FBM-1 Fender Bassman, Boss BF-3 Flanger and Ibanez DE-7 Delay. Everything passing through Roland HS-5 and final mixing through Audacity.

The Alien Sounds

This track was recorded using Epiphone Les Paul Custom Black Beauty with Boss Turbo Distortion pedal and Fuhrmann Phaser; Fender-Roland GC-1 Stratocaster with GK-3 with Roland GR-30 guitar synthesizer; various synth VSTi including Esfera, Tethys, Crystalis and Minimal. Everything recorded, mixed and converted to WAV format through Audacity, with Roland HS-5 Session Mixer as audio interface.
