Das dunkle Meer der Sterne 7 - Main Theme

Intro music for the german audio-dramatised version of "The Strange Case of Origami Yoda" (in german: Yoda ich bin! Alles ich weiß)! 
It's a novel about a weird kid who makes a Yoda finger puppet out of paper. The kid seems completelyb clueless, but Origami Yoda is totally Jedi-wise.
Some kids believe in Origami Yoda. Some think he's just a piece of paper. One kid, Tommy, decides to find out the truth...

Thought it would be nice if the music simulates a High School Band playing a Star Wars like tune, but as some sort of Twist, because Twist dancing is a golden threat in the story. ;-)

Marcel Schweder works as a professional composer of orchestral and chamber music for concert, stage, film, videogames and other media projects since 2004.
In addition to composing he is strongly involved in sounddesign and mix/mastering work for German audio-dramas & radioplays.

Awarded with the "Hörspiel Award 2008 - Critics Award" in the category "Best Radio Play - Musician". 

His music honors the tradition of composers like Gustav Mahler, Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel, Richard Strauss and many other composers of the early 20th century. Other major musical influences are of course music of Filmmusic Master-Composers like John Williams, Jerry Goldsmith, James Horner, James Newton Howard and others.
