Marc Filmer is a solo piano and strings composer who has a romantic musical soul and writes contemporary-instrumental music straight from the heart.

Born in the south-west of England and now based in the north-east of America, his music embraces the European neo-classical roots of composers like Ludovico Einaudi and Olafur Arnalds.

There is often a relaxing 'new-age' quality to his pieces, which is reminiscent of popular internet-radio artists like Brian Crain and Paul Cardall.

Marc is a huge fan of classic movie themes and is inspired by the pianistic works of hollywood film composers like John Barry, James Horner and Thomas Newman.
