Capable of creating captivating selections in deep hypnotic techno and ambient as well. He has been the guest of many recognised podcast series around the globe.

Alderaan is the artistic name of Franco De Michele, DJ and producer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the year 2011, he began his study and experimentation of sound and started to publish his own music a few years later in the dutch label Planet Rhythm (2014). This gave him the support from artists from all over the world, and resulted in him releasing music in physical format for the first time in the London based label Weekend Circuit. His discography extends through labels like Mindtrip Music, Warm Up Recordings, Insula Records, Dead Rose Records, Animal Farm and Pole Group. This has opened him the doors for being an active part of the argentinean scene, playing in clubs like Cocoliche, Under Club or Bahrein, and being a resident of the party/agency Deviant. In the year 2017 he embarked on his first European tour where he played at big clubs like Arena Club (Berlin), Razzmatazz (Barcelona), Moog (Barcelona) o 1988 Live Club (Rennes) among others.

As an artist who has until recently focused on live performances mostly formed of entirely original productions, we’re super excited to hear how he jells together a hybrid set, ensuring the Jablonski flair the techno world is coming to love so much is woven throughout, ready to engulf room two revellers and take them on a mighty ride.​ Word on the street is that he has something pretty special in store for us!

What Michal conveys in his sets is also communicated through a library of serious, no messing about productions which we definitely recommend exploring, often with an industrial twist and heftier, mean underlying backbone which we've definitely found ourselves hooked on (released on the likes of New Rhythmic Records, Circular Limited and Sonntag Morgan, amongst others).

As if being inspired by Michal’s musical prowess wasn’t enough, getting to know artists like him is another one of the beautiful perks of what we do and so it gives us huge pleasure to be welcoming him and sharing this podcast and interview with you. If you want to trace the beginnings of DJ Pete's status in Techno culture, you have to go back a very long way. He emerged as a DJ in the pioneering days of the Berlin scene during the late 80s and joined Hard Wax in 1991, which now makes him the longest serving staff member of the legendary record store.
As a producer he made his name with the first release on Chain Reaction in 1995, a sub-label of the Basic Channel imprint, together with René Löwe aka Vainqueur as Scion. Scion also released the first commercially available CD ever produced with the then newly developed software Ableton Live in 2002 and later continued their collaboration as Substance & Vainqueur on the label Scion Versions. Substance, the acclaimed alias DJ Pete uses for his own productions has a back catalogue of highly influential solo efforts and an impressive string of acclaimed remixes for pivotal Techno artists like Juan Atkins, Regis, Kessell, Orphx, Robert Hood, Rhythm & Sound, Monolake or Shed, among many others.
DJ Pete earned similar respect behind the decks, combining highly individual yet refined mixing skills with both his vast encyclopedic knowledge of Techno history and an unquenchable thirst for new sounds that carry the potential to push all boundaries. Beyond that his energetic sets also incorporate elements of pure Techno, the Hard Wax tradition and powerful House tracks. His seemingly unlimited scope is informed by frequent Dynamic Tension nights at Tresor in the late 90s with Surgeon and his residency at Berghain since its opening, as well as countless successful gigs at the most crucial nights of the scene's international circuit. He is also known to merge Techno with Dubstep and selecting Reggae, particularly while working the mighty Killasan sound system as core DJ member of the seminal Wax Treatment events.
DJ Pete's lauded signature style also benefits from his numerous experiences as part of the cherished live acts TR-101 (an improvisational live act in collaboration with Sleeparchive), Scion (either with or without vocalist Paul St. Hilaire), and gigs with many other likeminded DJ innovators. A typical DJ Pete performance is always delivering an array of programming, sequencing, layering and live effects that goes well beyond a mere presentation of tracks. True to Techno's original claim, innovations in sound and technology are intuitively employed to achieve a floor sensation that manages to involve the crowd on as many levels as possible.

Wrong Assessment, born 1988 in Milan, is a DJ/producer influenced by Jeff Mills, psycho-neuro-endocrino-immunology and Splatter B-movies. 
His music has been released on labels such as M_REC, Clergy EarToGround, Mord and Planet Rhythm, which allowed him to play on important stages all around the world including Tresor (Berlin), MMA (Munich), Space (Ibiza and Moscow), Corsica Studios (London) and Khidi (Tbilisi).
He has recently founded AWRY, a platform to release both his and fellow artists’ music, based on a common ground of deep, hypnotic and minimalistic Techno.
Wrong Assessment’s recent and future releases include EPs, tracks and remixes on Clergy, Planet Rhythm, Reclaim Your City, Dynamic Reflection and LA based Ascetic Limited.
He's half of the Overall Severity project together with his mentor Max_M.

BIO:
Piotr Figiel - music producer, live act performer and dj from Krakow, Poland. Active from 2005, since 2014 performs under his own name, focusing mostly on techno, IDM and live act performances. Among other gigs throughout Poland, Piotr performed at Street Art Festival, Ars Cameralis Festival, Tauron Nowa Muzyka festival and legendary Warsaw based Instytut. 
So far Piotr released his work under the labels of International Day Off, Strikt, Nashton Records, Counter Pulse, Android Musiq, Hypnotic Room, Lost In Ether Records and some future solo and collab releases are already scheduled for 2018. Apart from the solo activity, Piotr teams up with Dominik Gawroński, creating Krakowitz - nostalgic, synthesizer-based, melodic music project. Since 2015 Piotr has been hosting „Essentia Electronica” radio show at Off Radio Kraków station, which is promoting the local electronic music scene.

Keikari lives and breathes techno from his 18th district apartment in Downtown Paris. Discovering techno as a teen in Bordeaux, Keikari moved to Paris to immerse himself in the scene. Yet amidst his obsession with urban culture and the techno scene, Keikari continually draws inspiration from his other nature, the self born into the slower-paced seaside city of La Rochelle.Keikari released his first EP "Metsa" on the American label Monocode, which was followed by a second EP on Berlin-based label Kontruktiv. The second EP " Illta" has been supported by great artists from the techno scene. His third and fourth EP " Valta " and " Eroa " are released on Joton's Label Newrhythmic recs and have been supported by Pfirter, Drumcell, Truncate, Jeroen Search, Hd Substance , Unbalance, Kike Pravda... The most recent release " Homistaa " is signed on famous UK label EarToGround founded by Gareth Wild, Dax J and Chris Stanford. He is also resident dj of REGAL SOUND collective in Paris since 2016.

Patrik started out mid 90's at an young age making electronic industrial & punk with two friends in south Sweden; the guys were taping samples off of VHS and programming beats on Ataris and Emax samplers before releasing the first techno record just three years later under their collaboratory name Headroom. Skoog is likely to be one of the more deserving producers to be titled veteran with well over 100 discursive vinyl releases stacked in his favour since that time.
Over the course of the late 90s and next decade, Headroom and Patrik’s solo careers progressed in tandem, chalking up significant releases for labels like Synewave NY, Drumcode, and Planet Rhythm along the way. 
After eight years roaming techno’s harder perimeters, in 2005 he launched the We Are label. More family than roster, and more collective than record label, We Are blossomed into an eclectic club-oriented stable, with the introduction of collectable 10” coloured vinyl series, drawing a rich spread of artists. In the recent years Patrik has come full circle, probing the classic techno avenues that first inspired it all and released the full length debut double 12" album "Exit Earth" released on the renowned UK label Third Ear.
In 2014 his new vinyl-only label "Sample & Hold" was launched and distributed via Rush Hour, with it's digital sister label "Discrete Data." More recently records have been released on Len Faki's Figure imprint, in the "Jams" series, as well as the much charted Stockholm techno label Parabel. Patrik's "FAR", and "FAR Electronics" respectively has come out with 12" on Speedy J's classic Electric Deluxe record label, and the discrete vinyl-only electro label Omnidisc. For late 2018, after the latest 2x12" album on Electric Deluxe, a third vinyl release from "FAR" is already scheduled to be released on Pär Grindvik's Stockholm LTD.

BIO:
St Petersburg resident Ivan Karasev aka Torn is the first Russian artist to be signed to Samurai Music. Primarily working in the 170bpm tempo, Torn has grown into one of the most promising talents in underground drum and bass.

Debuting on Samurai sister label Shiro in 2017, Torn now releases his first EP (Internal) for the Samurai Music label in 2018. The Internal EP sees his sculpted malaise reaching a creative peak, completing construction on a distinctive desolation he now inhabits like a second skin. 

Ivan’s talent is not limited to the 170bpm tempo. He also produces future facing polyrhythmic Techno which has been heavily supported in the sets of Sam KDC and Presha. 

2019 will see Torn release on Horo, where his Techno productions will be presented in a release format for the first time.

The London-based, Italian-bred techno duo Tapefeed, namely Alessandro Boni and Rick Vayo have been establishing their powerfully apocalyptic broken-beats techno in the London scene before taking their characteristically raw percussive sounds onto the international dance music circuit. This ever-evolving sound comes as the pinnacle of years of musical experience: Alessandro’s as a music and art director, event organiser
and avid music listener, and Rick’s as a drummer in rock bands as well as his studies in production.
Their first vinyl release in 2017 “Dawn on The Eclipse” on Metempsychosis Records including a Vril remix kickstarted a year that launched Tapefeed on the international
scene with bookings like Printworks (London) Tresor and About Blank (Berlin) as well as Gem Fest (Georgia) and Elsewhere in New York City. This year has also seen
Tapefeed’s behind-the-scenes creative processes take a steady leap forward with the transformation of their audio-visual project Tales Collective into a record label
alongside their historical collaborators Ossa di Mare with whom they share a Superstition residency at Village Underground since the beginning of 2018.
With their stamina and relentless need for innovation Tapefeed, are always evolving, creating and looking out for their next sonic journey.

Arnaud’s career dates back to 1990 when he began managing record shops and building what is now a huge archive of knowledge, taste and musical dedication to his name. His residency at Paris’s Queen and memorable sets around the world perfected Arnaud’s DJ skills, earning him his spot in the worldwide scene where he continues to this day to be a prominent figure. Since 2006 Arnaud lives in London where he is a regular DJ at Fabric since 10 years.
Arnaud runs Children of Tomorrow since 2011, a label created by Emmanuel Ternois in 2008.
A timeless rawness is the main element of the label. Arnaud is releasing his own music and confirmed talents such as Terrence Dixon, Oscar Mulero, ROD, Jonas Kopp, Ryan Elliott, Samuli Kemppi, Zadig, Antigone, Tensal, Exium, Savas Pascalidis, Antonio De Angelis or Birth Of Frequency. Almost all the releases have been played or charted by artists such as Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, DVS1, Ben Sims, Rodhad, DJ Deep, Chris Liebing or Dave Clarke.
Together with his partners and colleagues Arnaud organises a series of Children Of Tomorrow events in London & abroad that focus on talent.
Since 1999 Arnaud produced different EP’s & remixes for Affin, Bass Culture, Cocoon, Children of Tomorrow, Chronicle, Syncrophone, Safari Electronique, jus to name few. Since 2013 Arnaud is also producing with Antonio De Angelis under Detect Audio’s alias.
Arnaud is one of the true veterans of the London underground music scene. Having been associated or played at every major techno party over the last ten years, Arnaud has kept himself at the very forefront of the scene.
