This is the first time I’ve managed to record a set at the first attempt! Those who know me also know I’m a perfectionist and I’m the worst judge for myself. 
That’s why I had to trick my brain into forgetting that I was recording; I just chose a few songs among a much bigger folder with similar vibes and BPM (as I would do when playing for myself or a friend!).

If you, like myself, are starting your DJ journey, you might get discouraged if your mix doesn’t sound as you were planning to play it. 
Making mistakes is human, and experience gives all the tools to make those mistakes an unmissable opportunity to create something different. 
This is valid for any art; do your best to enjoy the process!
