Fukai is excited to present Sacco & Anturage’s “Remember When” as it’s tenth release. Saccao hailing from Greece and Anturage from Russia, got together to create a super sleek, deep house, slow burner.

The original mix of “Remember When” is all about the vocal that will keep you hypnotically glued to the dance floor for quite some time. The clever structured groove and bass programming build a firm musical structure and the abstract chords provide the right amount of energy.

Patrick Podage from Switzerland transforms snippets of the original melody into a moody Marimba pattern. Crystal clear percussion fitted on top of the room-filling bassline and added melody parts make Patrick’s mix a great addition to an already monstrous track.

First released in 2007, Livio & Roby’s VIVa MUSiC debut “Ananda/Drumatik” [VIVA005] was met with critical acclaim from Mixmag and widespread support from the scene. 
The success of this EP and 2008’s “Speranta” LP [VIVA013] helped to spread Romanian duo’s unique musical blueprint throughout Europe, releasing their modern twist on house & techno on respected labels including Desolat, Moon Harbour, Cecille and Saved. 

Ananda’s dramatic vibes and deep grooves proved particularly popular with DJs and tastemakers, and was lauded as “a lush late-night workout that can sit comfortably early, mid or late set”. 

Recognised by many as their “home imprint”, Livio & Roby make a strong return to VIVa MUSiC with a slick 2014 Reinterpretation of the track, fresh and updated for the modern dancefloor. 

The package is completed with stellar remixes from Luca Bacchetti and Cesar Merveille. 

Luca’s “Endless Remix” is enchanting from start to finish - with soaring sweeps emotively interweaving with a driving and powerful groove, this is a truly exceptional piece of production. 
Cesar takes Ananda in a different direction, combining precise percussive elements and hypnotic synth runs to create a rolling yet relaxed vibe.

This release has already found early support from Steve Lawler, Tale Of Us, Lee Burridge.

Picking up where they left off with their collab “Just a Dreamer” on Suara, Vario Volinski and Strassenmajor sync back up in the studio to let go of their latest vocally-driven weapon, “Don’t Leave.” They enlist the crooning of Amira, as her siren call drifts delicately atop a bed of pulsating basslines and sun-kissed piano melodies. It’s proved to be a big moment for Vario and Strass, and there’s still plenty of kick left in this mega-mover.

A turnaround here, a friendly off-step there. Rolls Rhodes plays tricks on your mind with a melodramatic mood underlined with a robust forward-pushing groove, leaving time for contemplation, but not for looking back. Drops, to the contrary, follows gravity for once and presents a solid four-to-the-floor story with an ethereal theme accompanied by a biting bassline. Bare is a rare beast, getting rather emotional and exploring the space in between the up and the down, going on is the way to go. The Rolls Rhodes Remix by Klang Allianz goes jazzy on the main theme, restoring sanity at least partially after this jaunt. Enjoy without moderation.
