Here is my live set from The Turning Point 4 Year Anniversary party in The Panther Room at Output last Friday, August 18th.  I have to say, I am super proud and happy that every TTP anniversary party has been a huge success thus far.  The word, the movement, and the idea behind the show is finally starting to get out and it's been pretty crazy to watch it all unfold right before my eyes, especially to physically see it happening in the club when I am organizing and playing these parties.  The energy is always very high and the majority of the dancefloor has always been filled with club heads who are music oriented and ready to party.  Another reason I love putting together and playing these parties is because it gives me the chance to share a handful of those older, timeless records that helped mold my taste in dance music, my dj style and most importantly, these older gems allow me to in a way, share different time periods of my life and clubbing experiences with everyone in that exact moment.  Sort of re-visiting old memories while creating new ones at the same time.  This is my longest TTP live set yet, I played a little under 2 and half hours, and then Oz Arici took it home to close out the night in The Panther Room.  Big thanks to Mir Omar and Oz Arici for supporting me with the event and putting on their best performances helping to make it another unforgettable night.  Thanks to the Output team for having me back and thanks to everyone who has supported the operation at some point since TTP started.  

A hundred parties are happening every week here in NY these days and every once in a while, you find yourself part of a party that will be talked about for weeks, months and maybe years to come because of the sheer quality and satisfaction the clubbers felt the moment the party ended.  Thats how it was, for me at least, back in the day of my early clubbing days, and that is exactly how I try to make these parties impact the people who experience them.  It's ultimately one of the main goals as well - to have enough of an influence, enough hits in the right spots….the needle in the haystack of parties, to create a memory, or memories, that will stay in your mind til your last breath.

Cosmonaut was one of the first electronic music artists who has been successfully pulling in big crowds all over Eastern Europe and Russia. 
His DJ and production career started in early 90s followed by several releases and a global success of the tracks "Plasma" and "Boctok5" (Transient rec. UK, 1997) secured leading positions in the TOP 10 of the Paul Oakenfold's chart (DJ Mag's #1 1998-1999). 
In the meantime, Cosmonaut gained nationwide recognition with his dj and live sets and has performed on many events, including big festivals such as Love Parade and KaZantip, sharing stage with many leading artists such as The Prodigy, Underworld, Paul Van Dyk, Mark Knight. 
Currently, Cosmonaut is well-known for his weekly show MegaBeat on FM stations in over 100 cities of Russia & Europe, and for his quality sound production and top-selling releases.
Every Cosmonaut's set is an explosive for the dance floor. He uses modern tools for real-time music making and remixing, creatively combining loops, tunes, synths and fx to build his unique impulsive sound.

Music speaks louder than words. 

Rory James, of Brooklyn NYC, owes his inspiration to a plethora of DJ’s with varying styles and genres, from the early days of the international DJ movement in NYC. Through these influences, Rory has developed his own signature style, a unique approach in laying the building blocks of a DJ set. This skillset doesn’t stop at the DJ booth – Rory has recently dusted off his producer hat, his creative side which had been laying dormant for too long. With his upcoming release on Madloch’s 3rd Avenue label, Rory is active both in the studio and in the DJ booth. Indeed, he has almost two decades of experience in DJing the NYC circuit. This, in addition to his popular monthly podcast (The Turning Point), and his willingness to find time to mentor other up and coming musical talents, has led many to call Rory James “New York’s best kept secret”

On a personal note, Rory is one of the nicest, most down to earth individuals that you’ll meet.

The EP was produced and recorded in summer 2020 in a studio in Europe, and now brought back to the jungle of Mexico to be dropped with the Tulum based label from Grupo Gitano.
