Staffan is a native to Sweden. His drive towards obliterating boundaries and developing new forms and structures in sound is not only a way for him to express his creativity but also encourages and facilitates a natural evolution artistically. Staffan can conjure inspiration from, what seems to be anything that is constructed with the creative minds of other people. Together with his brother Mathias, he runs the record label Searchlights Records. A label dedicated to the  exploration and understanding of how we observe occurring events. How we remember them, the movements they spark, how we communicate these findings and ultimately how they may change us and become part of our being.

Ehrenschwesta joins for DifferentSound Podcast #125.

Ehrenschwesta aka. Menal Batti began her musical journey in the year 2019. Already at a young age, she had a passion for it, the most driving instrument being her father's, the so-called “Saz”. She is a Swedish techno DJ based in Vienna and also a member of Wiener Gerüstbau, a Viennese collective that focuses on highly effective Oldschool Techno cuts.  Her style is shifting through the variants of the genre but her online mixes are proof of her love for the 90s Techno music. She would often describe her music fast, extremely rhythmic, powerful but with atmospheric tunes.

Tom, also known as Falling Echoes, has been active in the techno scene for over 10 years under different aliases and in 2019 Tom founded his project Falling Echoes. Falling Echoes made his debut on Ricardo Garduno’s label Illegal Alien Records, followed by several releases on labels like Dynamic Reflection and Olympian or the legendary Molecular Recordings. His sets can be defined as hypnotic sci-fi axed, driving and dance floor focused, which is also something he aims for in his productions.

Played & supported by artists like Ben Sims, Luke Slater, James Ruskin, Chris Liebing, Blawan, Dustin Zahn, Dave Clarke, Developer, Nørbak, Temudo.

Falling Echoes income as a new generation of established artists leading his vizion of hypnotic.

DJ and producer, he began his career in 2011, Cofounder of the strasbourg  collective Éphémère. He then took part in the creation of KALT, which opened its doors in 2017, where he is one of the emblematic residents. Yet his versatile style remains incisive and tailored to the club format, inspired by haunting rhythms.

She took her first steps behind the booth as a creator and host of Open Decks series at Bravó Reykjavík - the then haven of the local scene. Deeply involved with supporting the local scene, she founded (the only one currently) electronic music venue - Radar.

DJ y productor nacido en New York y criado en Galicia (España).
Nico se autodenomina como un amante del estudio y del vinilo.
Empieza su carrera como DJ a temprana edad con el nombre de Nico Palamedi. Años en los que pasea su maleta por numerosas localidades del norte de España y varias incursiones al extranjero a países como Alemania y Portugal.Sesiones en las que se caracteriza el techno más mental e industrial.
Tras años formándose en el estudio da el salto a la producción musical en 2014, editando varios EP con el nombre de Niko Palamedi.
En 2015 decide crear el aka de Klausgreen con el que le da salida a su lado techno más oscuro y ácido.
Actualmente es integrante del colectivo gallego Twelve Inch.
Constantemente activo en el estudio,con más de 200 publicaciones con todos sus seudónimos, editando en sellos de la talla de Planet Rhythm, Combine Audio, Devotion Records, Recorded Things (próximamente)...
