Berlin based duo Mat.Joe are welcomed back to Nic Fanciulli's Saved Records this August, this time teaming up one of the founders of Electronic music in Ecuador, Ordonez, for their brand-new single, 'Tra Tra Tra'. From their roots as Hip-Hop producers, Mat.Joe have moved into producing and playing crispy House beats paired with rhythmic Soul and Hip-Hop elements, resulting in a deep, dancefloor-approved sound. The Willers Brothers are relative newcomers to London, having only settled in the capital in 2012. Since then they’ve quickly become an established act on the club circuit and secured a residency at respected Kings Cross hotspot Egg. 

The pair are also promising producers: their latest track, ‘Mind Craft Glasses’ – which we're premiering today – has won plaudits from Marco Carola and former BBC Radio 1 DJ Yousef. 

‘Mind Craft Glasses’ is a dubby, 909-backed, house number that builds up a bassy groove over its six-minutes length. The vocals, which sound like they might have been sampled from a rap battle, add a playful touch to proceedings.

Releasing music for nearly a decade, recent months have seen Gould make waves with releases on labels such as Lost Records, Lapsus and Snatch! whilst picking up support from the likes of Jamie Jones, Riva Starr and Supernova. The rising British talent now joins the Solid Grooves roster, appearing next to producers such as Wade, Dennis Cruz, David Pher, not to mention label founders PAWSA and Michael Bibi.

‘I’m Feelin’ Good Right Now’ is percussive and intricate from the off, meandering forward using infectious drums before introducing a spoken word sample and a cacophony of rhythmic elements. ‘All About Good Times’ then brings in a rumbling bassline and suspenseful soaring synths whilst piercing vocal cries erupt sporadically throughout the mix.

Italian native Fabio Neural teams up with growing Columbian talent DJ Fronter on the Brr Baby Brr EP. Soon to be released on Hot Creations, the three-track release is a contemporary house affair that shows the natural chemistry between the two.

Leading with Brr Baby Brr, a driving kick is soon complemented by whistling hats, before a teasing synth build up gives way to a pummelling bass driven drop. Silver Star comes in next with a reverberating vocal sample that’s underlined by a subtly changing bassline and warm, building pads, before Downtown rounds off the EP with a harder techno tone as punchy lead kicks meld with choppy, non-apologetic keys.

Having produced music since 2010, it was last year that Fabio Neural really caught the ground running with releases on two of modern house music’s leading labels: Relief and Saved. This year has been followed up with Brr Baby Brr, his standout release of 2019 and his first release on Hot Creations. DJ Fronter is one of Columbia’s most prominent artists. Having previously performed for the Resistance party brand his DJ sets speak for themselves, whilst his knack for producing has seen him release on labels like Circus and Nervous.

Marco C. was born in Ragusa, a small town in southeastern Sicily. From an early age Marco always felt passionate about music, at the age of 14 he started gaining experience with local DJs and testing his performing skills. Marco has become a resident dj at Il Lanificio, a well-known club in his country. Thanks to this opportunity Marco started playing alongside international DJs, such as; Luca Agnelli, Deborah De Luca, Marco Faraone and many others. 
When he turned 17 Marco started producing Tech-house music and after a few years he managed to get some of his songs released on big famous labels all over the world. He has quite a CV when it comes to supporting the industry which includes the likes of Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, Joseph Capriati and many more. Continuing Marco's journey he has just signed an EP with Hottrax, a label English, this is helping Marco take one step closer to his dream of being an international DJ.
