Marc Peter is a singer/songwriter, progressive folk-pop musician, aspiring author, and worship leader. 

A Portland, Oregon native, and the child of musical parents, Marc Peter has been singing his whole life. He taught himself to play guitar at age 14 so he could accompany himself.  He wrote his first song when he knew only four chords.

Having been in several bands throughout his teens, twenties and early thirties (The Brethren, The Pimpernels, Ebb Tide, Echelon), Peter has performed in venues such as friend's living rooms and backyards, coffee shops and pubs, as well as college auditoriums and festival "B" stages.

Although not performing publicly these days, Peter continues to use his musical abilities in leading the music for worship services at his church, and enjoys writing and playing songs in his living room and on his back patio.

In late 2015, Peter released a 3 song demo for free on Noisetrade.com.  His other solo albums recorded between 2001 - 2003, may be found anywhere you can purchase digital music.  Physical copies of his CD's can be purchased from CD Baby.
