We are happy to welcome back the italian Marc Troit, who reappears on Drowne Records after his remix for Dema, with the '1210 Feeling' EP. His sound is mainly characterized by deep basslines, hypnotic synths and ambient sounds. Coming to light with a dj-tool and two remixes by the legendary scotsman Dave Tarrida, and up-and-coming italian Misoo, this release represents underground techno with different faces!

'1210 Feeling' starts straightforward with mighty kickdrums and dub-delayed percussions, which get supported by snappy claps quite soon. The hypnotic theme, which contains of gently interwoven ambient synths, evolves and shakers concrete the groove, when vocalsnippets start flashing through the soundscape. Panned rides make tension at the right time and decent siren-sounds terminate the break, before '1210 Feeling' dismantles and submerges back in the dark! 

Dave Tarrida is definitely a 'man of the first hour' and grew in popularity with his twisted and wonky definition of techno. He put hands on '1210 Feeling' and restructured it with industrial and ravey ingredients! Taking off with bulbous bassdrums and grained synths, Dave's rework of '1210 Feelings' unwraps the theme very early. A futuristic, steadily mutating synth-melody shows up and concretes the mood, while slightly shifted tops reinforce the stomping groove. Sonaresque pads ring in the background to add the right amount of deepness and white-noises bristle with energy!

Taking off with mighty bass-drums, claps and mechanical percussions, Misoo's remix gains weight very fast! Rides stab along and a sirenesque riser rings-in the action when the mellow synth, known from the original, appears on the scene. Bright offbeat hi-hats support the groove and rattling shakers make tension, when a ride appears and reinforces the offbeat-accentuation. The original main-synth got an acidic treatment and conjures an electrifying atmosphere, which has the ability to keep the floor boiling!

Last but not least, Marc Troit turned '1210 Feeling' into a proper dj-tool. This one comes along with gently tuned and well arranged beat-structures and without an atmosphere to leave space for the artists interpretation. Two tonal elements lead the way, but never get too busy!

Dalibor Krc aka Loktibrada is a professional DJ since 1994. 
He was mainly known for being Olga+Jozef and also standing behind PVC, Antidandruff and Numb labels.
During the years he has worked hard in the studio in the costant search of his own style.
After that, Loktibrada has also collaborated with well known producers in the international market as: Anton Pieete, Oscar Mulero, Christian Wunsch, Regis, Function, Hardcell, Mark Broom, Makaton, Fanon Flowers, Takaaki Itoh, Radial and many more.
We are glad to propose Loktibrada and his kindly given set recorded at Subclub Bratislava during the Mord Records night.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the french duo Minimum Syndicat (Luminar Records / Overdraw).

Minimum Syndicat have been lurking in and around the Parisian warehouse scene for years, running the eponymous label through which they release their brain frying acid music alongside other like-minded producers, embodying the true spirit of underground raves. They have built a reputation across Europe with their ballistic, mind-bending live-sets whilst melting "fog & strobe" techno, vicious acid, old school rave vibes and a whole lot of unstable energy.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the dutch dj & producer Radial (Mord Records / Audio Assault).

Radial is the techno moniker of Jeroen Liebregts, originally from The Netherlands today residing in Barcelona, Spain. 
Jeroen has been dj'ing since around '98 and picked up music production soon after. Since 2002 Jeroen teamed up with Bas Mooy and started the label Audio Assault as a platform for their own work and that of artists whose work they admire. About a year later sublabel Arms was born. In 2014 his own brand new imprint Radial Records sees the light of day with the release of Crux, the second full length Radial album.
Always driven to dive deeper Jeroen started a 4-year studies of Sonology at the Conservatory in The Hague, which he finished in 2006. This study deals with electronic music composition, computer programming, analog synthesis and electronic instrument design among other things. This is probably what kickstarted his interest to use self designed instruments in his music. The constant quest for new technological approaches is an imported factor that helped shape his sound. His current tendency toward analog hardware based methods also resulted in his involvement in the design and development of the Synton Fenix modular synthesizer.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the Japanese producer Go Hiyama (Hue Helix / Token Records).

Go Hiyama has released over 80 titles with prominent labels such as: Warm Up, Token, Stroboscopic Artefacts, PercTrax, Planet Rhythm and Semantica amongst others. 
He is also one of the best regarded and most international Japanese artists.
Aside from producing tracks, he has toured Europe several times and has played in Spain, the Netherlands, UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Singapore, China. Korea and many other countries and cities. 
One of his most recent gigs was at Berghain and Tresor Berlin, which is considered one of the best clubs in the world.

Chicago has been one of my favorite bands of all time, and it's been a goal of mine to try and work them into one of my sets.

Samuel "Sam" Paganini is not a real newcomer anymore. After all, he produces great tracks for more than ten years now and also became an acknowledged DJ in Italy during this time. However, his career received an enormous boost since 2011 with his releases on Plus 8 and Drumcode, and now reaches a new height with his Cocoon Recordings debut. Compared to other releases, Paganini's 'Body To Body' EP draws a quite exceptional line. 
The title track "Body To Body" is downright breathing the late air of Electronic Body Music and lives on elements which would have also fit into "The House Of God" by DHS or into some of the more minimal works of Front 242. Gloomy, but still with hit potential – this is a rare mixture nowadays. Great!
With "Fire In My Arms", Paganini is then slightly moving to more contemporary areas, more loop-based and more new school, but still a little gloomy – a very unique blend and maybe representing the typical "Paganini style" best! 
"Polyester", the most House-like track, is the true hit of this EP! Nice old-school snare rolls, driving 909 ride cymbals and sirens result in a kicking Acid feeling that clearly distinguishes from the EBM mood of the first track. Well done!

The digital version contains two bonus tracks: "Hot" opens the doors to New School House as we know it most likely from labels like Cécille: rolling beats, hypnotic vocal scraps, all arranged in a very DJ-friendly way. The very powerful Chicago bass line of the second bonus track ("Paral-Lel") is fueling the dancefloor and siren and synth attacks, combined with compelling beats, result in peaktime music at its best!

MARC TROIT. Marco Pellegrini was born on December 21st, 1986 in Trieste, Italy. He grew up listening to all kinds of music. When he turned ten, he started playing piano, the instrument which accompanied him through his whole childhood. In 2002, Marc discovered electronic music and he fell in love with techno. He started going dancing around European festivals and clubs. He got seduced by masters technique: Ben Sims, Christian Varela, Adam Beyer and Marco Carola above all. His passion for electronic music increased day by day and brought him to listen to any kind and any hint of that genre.
During the years he has worked hard in the studio in the costant search of his own style. After that, Marc has collaborated with well known producers in the international market as: Michele Ciuoffo, Chris Finke, Tom Hades, Kalden Bess, Roberto Capuano, Stanislav Tolkachev, Stigmata, Drumcomplex, Ricardo Garduno, Miniminds, M.A.D.A. & Plankton, Mars Bill and many more.
As a result of these collaborations, Marc has pubblished a great number of releases on well known labels such as Driving Forces, Rhythm Converted, Ground Factory, Impact Mechanics, True Type Tracks, Labrynth, 43Recordings, just to name a few. 
His sound is characterized by deep and dark basslines, hypnotic and psychedelic synths, misterious textures. Ambient sounds develope into a very unique result, with a dark approach which lights up the dancefloor and gives to the crowd a powerfull sound that drives it crazy through the night.
Here we are not only talking about his studio work, Marc has shared the console in the North-East Italy, Slovenia and Austria with big names such as: Jeff Mills, Kevin Saunderson, Speedy J, Joey Beltram, Bas Mooy, Valentino Kanzyani, Roberto Capuano, Sutter Cane, Kalden Bess and many others.
On the decks, this guy is surely a faithful supporter of the techno culture.
