Last 8 months were very hard and there are so many things I would like to share, yet it would be way too much to even read. "Through the Night” is about those restless nights when memories of someone or something just won’t let you go. 

I wanted the track to have moments of euphoric highs with a slightly unstable feel reflecting that push and push and pull between longing for the past and moving forward.

The lyrics “I can’t seem to sleep through the night, I try to forget you but it doesn’t feel right ” are about realizing that sometimes, holding on is what’s keeping you from healing.
