This song is about a man who was accused of shooting a man. And he was picked up by the police. And was denied due process, and was sent to jail for 40 years. And on the 30the year.

This man was supposed to get out, but was denied, and spent another 40 year in Prison for something he did not do. Every on tried to help, they knew of this mans innocence. 

So after 40 years, his daughter, who he hadn't seen since she was little girl. And now she is 40 years old. But the prison never informed this man. His little girl was murdered and raped at 13 years , his mother and father died of medical problems. His brother was murdered by the police, and his sister died of an over dose. 

Basically, his entire family is gone, and this man ends up at the cemetery, where his family is buried. No one in the system told this man. his family was gone a long time ago.

As this man stands before the head stone of his entire family. He sings his last song, and he takes his life, with his hand gun. For he is going home to see his family!
