P O $ E R is a track I wrote while living in Milan, IT. As a professional model we are Posed up everyday for castings, Fashion weeks etc 

Being  at Fashion week I was able to see how much people are always posed up in their phones taking selfies, creating content. 

So I based it off of how I see society; we are all PO$ERs in a sense. Some professional & some fake. That’s how I created the hook:

La Brea Ave. Los Angeles, California was a staple of where I started as an Artist. Working at Buffalo Exchange and Am Rag; learning fashion and sewing I wanted to learn & be surrounded by as many creatives. Conversations with Chris Union, Tremaine Emory and Tracey Mills, Chace Infinite and other OGs in the game kept me well verse as I grew as a creative and song writer

4820 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. The Gloria Homes Apartments was where the journey started as an Artist in the Jungles or "Jays" of Los Angeles, California on Baldwin and Crenshaw. Taking care of my 80 year old uncle, he help me find myself and guided me through this pivotal time in my life. Though the area we stayed was dangerous, we looked out for each other and our community. 

This single touches on my daily routine in the Gloria Homes, a moment in time in which I think of when it all started.
