My version of the meditation based on the text from Joe Dispenza's book - Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. I recorded it for myself and am putting it here in case anyone else wants to use it :) Enjoy.

(I changed the order of the steps based on my preference.)

Joe Dispenza Meditation - Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself - Weeks 2-4 (with music)

This Guided Meditation is part of the Weekly practices provided by Dr. Joe Dispenza in his book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. 

Using an INDUCTION method for meditating, you're helped to move into a more relaxed Alpha or Theta wave state. 

By entering into a coherent brain-wave state, you become more conducive for meditation.

This Guided Meditation is part of the Weekly practices provided by Dr. Joe Dispenza from his book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. 

This meditation is part of the 4 Week program provided in the book, where as the first week was about learning the induction method, this is the week where listeners delve deeper within themselves.

In WEEK 2 the listener is being guided on a more personal level. Among them are parts where the listener is "Recognizing" old emotions, "Admitting" to who and what they have been, "Declaring" the emotion they want to change and "Surrendering" to the infinite mind so that the listener can be free of that which hold them back.

It's an exciting week that brings the listener closer to who they really are and who they truly want to be.

This Guided Meditation is part of the Weekly practices provided by Dr. Joe Dispenza from his book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. 

This meditation is part of the 4 Week program provided in the book, where as the first week was about learning the induction method and the second was about going within on a more personal level, this is the week where listeners commit to an active change.

In WEEK 3 the listener is being guided through the winds of change. Here they are asked to "Observe" the patterns in their life, and "Remind" themselves who they no longer want to be. Afterwards the meditation goes over to "Redirecting" the listener into a new state of being. This is done by actively make a 'change'.

It's a week that focuses on committing to change. Here the listener is actively stepping out of the old personality, and into the new.

This Guided Meditation is part of the Weekly practices provided by Dr. Joe Dispenza from his book: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. 

This meditation is part of the 4 Week program provided in the book.

In WEEK 4 the listener is being asked to create the emotions that come with the future they want for themselves. Once they've created the emotional state that's in coherence with who they want to be, they are lead on to "rehearse" being in that emotional state. Forming a picture of what they see for themselves and so forth. 

It's a week that focuses on active transformation. Here the listener is moving towards their desired future, and true well-being.
