I find the process works best for me when there is someone reading the questions out - which reinforces the time restriction and makes sure the journaling process flows and the deeper ideas emerge.

 So because I'm a massive nerd, I recorded myself reading out the questions - this was originally done just for me while I'm U Journaling, but as I decided to share it in the hope someone else may find it useful.

In June 2017 the IO Collective met for the 2nd IO Retreat at the ASHA Centre in Gloucestershire, UK to explore the question:
