Amsterdam's The Shamaniac Movement let you reach altered states of consciousness with their specific shaman technique, using their „Outerlands“ EP, released on Emerald & Doreen in April 2017. Kiki Toao and Rombout Wagenaar deliver a magically transcendental four-piece EP that is the soundtrack to making contact with the spirit world and channeling these energies onto the dancefloor! The hypnotic opener „Outerlands“ with its drone guitars, mesmerizing bassline and tribal drums (kind of Rebolledo-sytle) initialise the trance state, „The Chaperone“ is the next step of the ritual with its dubbed out aboriginal didgeridoo sounds, followed by the breakbeat-driven and percussion-led „Ambrosia“ during which the Shamaniac Movement start their communication with the spirit realms to obtain solutions for the dancefloor community....which they are given...they channel it with „Foxglove“, inducing ecstasy on the dancefloor with cosmically driven basslines – and the balance and wholeness are restored! Solomun @ Théâtre Antique d'Orange for Cercle

Solomun appears as the first and primary DJ for the GTA Online Protagonists Nightclub and is resident from 24 July to 31 July 2018.

As part of the initial setup for their club, Tony Prince sends the player and English Dave to LSIA to pick up Solomun who is due to arrive on a private jet. The pilot passes out just as the plane is approaching and Solomun takes the controls and crash-lands at Sandy Shores Airfield while the player chases the jet in Tony's Schafter V12. During the course of his role, the player will engage in promoting their club with advertisements of Solomun hosting the club event, such as the large Blimp with Solomun advertising.

Solomun @ GTA Online After Hours Nightclub Set

This was my first Fusion Festival, popped my Fusion cherrrrry!!! 

I arrived just before my set , they took me to the stage in a car covered in graffiti that looked like it was taken out of the garbage dump, but blended in perfectly with the surroundings, and had an extra roar that gave it its character when the dreadlocked driver pushed on the gas. I found labels and trinkets in the car from many years ago.   Totally added to the experience. 

Arrived to Kerala Dust playing live, and thousands of people in front of me. 

What i loved about this stage, is that it was just about 10 inches off the ground , so still had that intimate connection to the crowd.  Thats something I struggle with sometimes at festivals, being high up on a stage and the distance between the crowd with those metal barriers disconnecting us. 

The actual set felt electric, the vibes were fresh, and they were high, so i fed on that fresh energy and we danced till sunset.  I even got a polaroid from a lady **if you know who you are ** say hi -----     that said hero on it.   

super touching experience, was soooo short and sweet. 

ill never forget my experience with Floyd Lavine, who i got to hang out with for an hour.  he came to my set at the beginnning and was total fan boy, totally unexpected.   afterwards i ran into him in the artist grounds, and we hung out danacing and talking with his gf and his friends somehow the conversation turned to politics, and it got heated.   not that i know anything about politics, :)
