'Plexus' splits the difference between Falqui's ambient and dance floor modes with music for present days and future nights.

I first properly met Phil back in early 2016 when he came to my old flat on Peckham Rye to interview me for XLR8R. The whole experience was both charming and professional and the end result was very high quality. It happily remains my only official piece of press to this date.

Little did I know Philip Kearney was due to metamorphose into KRN: core member of Berlin’s infamous Ghost crew, leading unearther of skewed house and the undisputed Podcast King of the New Generation. It’s a big pleasure to host him for the second Marginal Mix. Charming, professional and very high quality.

Spring has sprung, and after a small three-year hiatus, it’s the perfect moment for another Marginal Mix. 

We first met Jack D years ago in Birmingham, where his affable hosting was the highlight of a less than successful party. Since pitched up in Berlin, Jack is a familiar face on dance floors across the city, and increasingly behind the decks cross continents. He’s gifted us his first ‘house’ mix in half a decade - as ever, good things come to those who wait.

Sohrab politely introduced himself to me on the dancefloor shortly before my first-ever London afterparty gig (for Rejam, in early 2013). We have somehow remained friends ever since.

Perhaps currently mainly known for his productions, Sohrab was collecting & mixing for years before he ever fired up Ableton, and this mix elegantly showcases the breadth of his influences and inspirations. Going West where the skies aren't so blue.
