This is the translation of the poem, you hear at the beginning:
The Listening Heart
Close your eyes and feel the sea of heart-energy.
The field that surrounds and carries you: Love.
Like the sea,  quiet sea, older than words.
With every breath the water clears,
waves settle; the seabed appears.

Listen to the sound in the room—and beneath it.
Let everything come and go.
No hurry. No judgment. Only love and sound.

Love is not something you find,
but the space in which everything resonates:
breath, thought, memory, silence.

Where your heart touches, the world softens.
Where you listen, light starts to shine.
Release what you carry
and become weightless, like air

And this is how you meet yourself:
not smaller than the body,
not larger than the sky—
but exactly this open heart
that welcomes all there is.
