MINIMUM TIME COMMITMENT: ~15 minutes

The intention of this meditation is to reconnect with your divinity. Marguerite provides a 3-minute talk on relevant yogic philosophy, which states that our heart chakra (or in Sanskrit the "anahata" chakra, or 4th chakra) connects our humanity with our divinity. 

During the guided meditation, Marguerite shares the vibration of one "Om"; provides a heart-centered visualization; offers and describes the hridaya mudra (pictured here), which has been found to release emotions weighing on the heart; and finally leaves you with the mantra "Humee Hum, Brahm Hum" (which translates as "We are We, We are God").

Finding the Divinity in Your Humanity

During the guided meditation, Marguerite shares the vibration of one "Om"; leads deep breathing exercises aimed at building peace, confidence, and clarity; and offers the mantra "so hum" (which translates as "I am that" or "that which I am").
