Without a doubt one of the hardest working creatives in the new breed that is now coming of age, Venezuelan artist Mari.te has more strings to her bow than an orchestra. Her label Tresydos has graced our pages many times and is already up to the sixth edition as well as three digital VA’s. She is also part of the women-only record label and collective RA+RE that joins their mutual love for music, fashion and that the girls are more than capable of smashing it out with the boys.

Tying into the obvious skills she has behind the decks mari.te is also resident for NYC underground haven ReSolute and is regularly called upon the warm the dance planks to the point of combustion. A prime example of this is her mix for our InSession podcast series where she rolls out blissful house beats, boisterous breaks, and more than a couple of tear-jerking basslines. This is not to be missed…

This Summer is been amazing so far, and there’s nothing better then to keep the good vibes rolling until the end. 

Nugcast #20 comes from the one and only @mari_te. 
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Maria’s involvement with music began in her early years. She soon moved to New York where she became a part of ReSolute, working behind the scenes and playing regularly at their parties.
You can also find her in some of Europe’s best clubs, such as CDV & Hoppetosse in Berlin, Lion & Lamb in London, Goa Club in Rome, Breakfast Club in Paris, to name a few. 
Now based in Madrid since 2018, Mari.te started a new chapter in her career with the launch of her record label and event series @tresydosrecords, an outlet where she shares her music vision by collaborating with a wider spectrum of talents.

Now she's based in Spain, running her label / party tresydos, and regularly playing some of our favourite spots in Europe.
