"Anna’s Curse" is my dark, heavy Irish industrial metal song about a girl who realized too late she had let the Devil in. She screamed, he disappeared in a flash of fire, and now her ghost is stuck, lurking in the shadows, waiting for the next unlucky soul to step through the door. It's inspired by Anne Tottenham from Ireland.
I lived over there for a while and have always been obsessed with Irish ghost and horror stories. When I wandered into little village bars and cafés, the good ol’ Irish folks would share their stories with me, and I loved every one of them.
While I was living in Ireland, I worked as an advisor at Microsoft. In my free time, I traveled around, hung out with the locals, and swapped stories.
