Every morning, the ads in the street, the new anti-wrinkle and slimming products, or even in the excesses of the self-development movement, the programs to become super-human send us the message that we are missing something, just one more last little thing to be well, to reach happiness and fullness.
In the field of music production, technique interferes in creative processes, sometimes at its service, sometimes in a dynamic of impoverishment and standardization. As if the human, the natural, no longer had their place.
Enough is a three track EP recorded live where the emphasis is on message more than technique. A message of sufficiency. An invitation to focus on the vastness of what we already have. An invitation to take life as a gift, as a gift and not as a given or even less as a burden. Like a gift that we receive with gratitude. And once that gratitude for being alive is rediscovered then act from the heart.
Voice, piano, cello, and electric guitar meet in the presence, strength and at the same time the vulnerability of live performance for a reminder to simply be oneself.
