Re released with new tracks in 2015 with new cover art and some original tracks omitted

Recorded in 2010 on a Yamaha keyboard with various vsti synthesizers in Formby and Oxford Uk.

‘Verschwiegene Liebe’ by Hugo Wolf  
This lyrical 'night-piece' is about 'love never declared'. 
The delicate accompaniment utilises the upper register of the piano, softly ringing as the music and words evoke an exquisitely tender feeling. 
 
Wolf was walking in Eckstein’s garden immersing himself in the mood of this poem. Unable to bear the nearby factory noises, whistling in the courtyard and the sound of carpet-beating, he sat down at the piano and wrote out the complete song in one flash of inspiration.

In this Lied there is a serenity uncharacteristic of Wolf, with his rebellious stormy life, and death in a lunatic asylum.
