Coming all the way from Bogotá with the collaboration of over 20 artists from Latam and the world, Muakk brings to the internet a new exploration of latin sounds. Oscillating between 140 and 180 besitos per minute 💋 comes "Muakk Besitos Bailables", a latincore bomb loaded with speed perreo, hardcore, guaracha, tuki, trance and club. Besitos Bailables is born from our aggressive yet tender streets; the sonic transgression and the disruption of trends essential to our youth energy from the last couple of years.

For this second mix,  @triprecordings regular @cerrot provided us with an hour of his signature twist on techno.


Puerto Rican artist Cerrot, currently based
in Barcelona, has captivated audiences with
a series of remarkable releases in recent
years. His debut album “Iteritax” on Nina
Kraviz’s esteemed label Trip Recordings was a
significant milestone in his career, followed
by his latest masterpiece “Butterfly Effect.”
Additionally, Cerrot has showcased his music
on Anetha’s “Mama Told Ya” label, contributing
to the “Air” compilation. Drawing inspiration
from visionary maestros such as Rod Modell,
John Beltran, Fumiya Tanaka, and Underworld,
Cerrot’s sonic creations blend old school
vibes with avant-garde techno and experimental
electronic music. With his distinctive sound,
Cerrot has graced prestigious stages across
Europe, including prominent events like
Hivernacle in Barcelona, Printworks in London,
Aquasella Festival in Asturias, and more.

I opted to create this remix with some diversity...... sticking to its roots but taking it back to the older tribal techno days too!

I also think the remix I have made (despite there being so many), comes at a significant time given the current crisis we are in..... Age of Love is certainly fitting and Love is what we need right now during this epidemic! Hence why I named it the 'Love Never Ages' remix!
