Picking up on the launch of Marie Montexier’s Paryìa label with a trippy EP by a.b.u.3.0.3., the second release comes from the Dublin based shooting star Small Crab.

The Skin & Blister founding member delivers three percussive breaky tracks that highlight a wide range of her musical influences. Combining smooth textures with tribal rhythms the ’Flowing with Honey’ EP perfectly rounds off with a bass heavy remix by London based producer Talik, who recently gained attention through highly acclaimed releases on 3024 and Intercept.

The second release on Lapse records welcomes UK Tech House mainstay Len Lewis, who’s extensive catalogue of club music stretches across the last few decades, along with newly appraised London based DJ and producer Mariiin. The split EP supports a four track selection of old and new head down club music touching different moods.

The B side spans a more contemporary 4x4 influenced thread of this style that circles closer to the outer rims of techno and acid. The Italian born producer joins the label with the “Snake Is Changing It’s Skin” and “Impasse” which continue fittingly to carve their signature sound, a style consistent in their early releases on the likes of BPR and EYA Records and across their DJ sets as Pleasure Club resident.

It's time to cosy up with something real warm and toasty...come in from those freezing temperatures outside and soak up these snuggly ambient vibes. As part of the new Warming compilation WARM01, Premis oozes mellow vibes with the chilled track that's perfect for these icey times. Lay down and hang out to 'Flounder'...just let go!

Warming, the Chill Out division of Warning, was initiated by resident Mars Leder as a mix series in 2019. Since then the aim has been to provide a cold world with warm vibes and help us to calm down in hectic times. We’re taking the sub-project further now and present WARM01, the first Ambient music release on Warning. With seven carefully selected tracks by Areliz Ramos, Yhdessa, Caldera, Premis, Lewi Boom, Vertical 67 and Warning resident Philipp Otterbach with his new project KYN. The compilation aims to reflect the versatility of the genre, from mellow textures and floating voices to fractal patterns and rapture basslines. Don’t expect any ordinary elevator music or beach cafe vibes - this one is chill, but it’s still a Warning.

WARM01 comes as a digital compilation accompanied by a C90 cassette tape, containing a DJ mix by Mars Leder including all tracks from the compilation plus a DJ set excerpt of Sam, played for the closing of our 5Y Warning party in August 2022.
