Here is 'Somewhere, Somehow', taken from my new EP 'Dusk' under my @iamfield project. It blends dreamy guitars and a funky groove, great for a chill summer party. Hope you enjoy!

'Dusk' is a five-track journey through the sights, smells and sounds of a summer evening, supplemented by a poem written and told by the talented Maija Hecht. The poem itself is divided into five parts, each echoing one of the five tracks of the EP.

Here is the 'Somewhere, Somehow' part.

I was kind of worried that we would drown
It was too late in summer, too shallow
Rocks found my knees and my blood found the water,
I suppose it’s just as well,
I’ve never known what I’m searching for I’m just 
Misplacing memory, missing things before they’re gone 
And I suppose it has something to do with why
you keep surfacing in everything I write
Why the river and the blue and the blood in everything
Come back to you
