Such a beautiful song with a great meaning. I'd like to dedicate this cover to my grandfather who passed away two years ago because of cancer. Although this song is about ed's grandfather and Alzheimers, I still think we can all relate to the message of this song regardless. Death is something that we will all experience, but its something that not a lot of people including myself have learned to accept yet.

Anyways, sorry for the short cover! Its actually exam week where i live now (Toronto) and I should be studying haha :)
