Owner of a refreshing Disco-meets-House sonority, Cal fails to disappoint when it comes to supplying dance-floor gems embezzled with retro-modern elements. Besides Paper Recordings/Disco/Wave, his previous works can be found on other acclaimed outlets such as Buena Onda, Spa In Disco, Rare Wiri, Hot Digits Music, and Citizens Of Vice, just to name a few. 

Premiered here, “Is It Daylight?” develops its magic with an imposing Cosmic-Disco-on-acid aura combined with swirling distortions and airy pads. A mellow but complex theme that showcases Cal’s high-level production skills. Kudos!

The newly established Cin Cin imprint was founded by Fort Romeau & Ali Tillett at the beginning of 2016 with the objective of bringing together old and new friends in the spirit of collaboration and togetherness. Arthur's Landing is an ongoing project led by singer/guitarist Steven Hall. The morphing line-up explores Arthur Russell's Buddhist songs through performance and recording with a view to maintaining key elements like childish improvisation and groove. The latest incarnation features Paddy Boom (drums) and Carlitos Hernandez (bass/gtr) with vocals by Steven Hall/Andrea Hall/Marcus Huffman/Soliterre.

"Miracle 2" is the second incarnation of the classic dance floor anthem "In The Light Of A Miracle," co-written by Arthur Russell and Elodie Lauten. "Miracle 2" is a completely new arrangement written and performed by Elodie herself and released on Arthur's Landing's debut album on Strut Records  UK.
