To launch Character, Deetron and fellow Swiss dynamo Ripperton have teamed up under their rarely seen Roots Panorama alias to carve out two dancefloor focused cuts with very different attitudes. 

The 'Mars' EP is the product of what can only be described as an epic jamming session and both producers have created contrasting remixes that are sure to set nightclubs and warehouses alight.

Deetron's 'Panorama Version' is the sun-drenched and synth-laden opener, one that's perfect for setting the tone of an evening or bringing it to a close whereas Ripperton's 'Roots Version' is a far darker and more steely cut which incorporates a jagged arpeggio that's set to stun.

Another fantastic retro futuristic release by DJ Yellow & Flowers And Sea Creatures. Tuff City Kids’ (Phillip Lauer & Gerd Janson) delivered a sparkling space-boogieish floorfiller remix. On the flip-side, we have again a delicate masterpiece remix by Konstantin Sibold, whose last remix of „No One Gets Left Behind“ (Black Label #105) reached the Top50 most charted tracks 2013 on Resident Advisor and No. 1 in Groove charts !

DJ Yellow’s real name Alain Ho has been around for ages. When he met Chris (Bob Sinclar) in the early 90's during a night out, things took a turn. They started their label Yellow Productions in 1993, to critical acclaim. An underground label at first, it was perhaps Yellow's search for personality and his ear for quality that opened the door to a colourful palette of signings, that included artists as diverse as Dimitri From Paris, Kid Loco, Bang Bang, Joe Claussel, Salome de Bahia and of course Bob Sinclar himself, all of which have helped to shape the French sound, as it is today.
After a decade of fruitful cooperation and dedication to helping other people's careers, Yellow finally decided to begin Poussez Music in 2003, as an outlet for his own sounds, and that of his close friends, including King Britt, Kenny Larkin, and Josh Wink, amongst others. The label has shone more than ever in 2007. Through three projects, Alienation (instrumental), Intermission (vocals) and Paule (non-dance), Yellow has created a wide canvas to push his diverse sounds and inspirations into the world.
Since then, DJ Yellow released in 2012 fews ep thought labels such like Ovum Recordings, Buzzin’Fly with “Remember the Future” that reached top 8 on Beatport Top 100 Deep House and top 15 on Top General, The esquisite Pain Records with “Into a Deep” that reached top 9 on Beatport Top 100 Deep House and top 20 on Top General, on his own label Composite Records with “Special” featuring the singer Tracy K that reached top 12 on Beatport Top 100 Deep House and Top 23 on Top General !

Montreal's Flowers And Sea Creatures have been building a formidable reputation since their debut EP 'Test Pressing' in September 2010. Together with the follow-up 'A.M' in Feb 2011 and their full release album in 2011, they have been turning some serious heads in both the electronic underground and the alt-rock overground.
They deliver a deeply atmospheric and cinematic sound - Graham Baxter's vocals and crystalline acoustic guitars riding over Kosta Megalos' atmospheric synth work.
Baxter was born in Belfast and Megalos was born in Athens and both immigrated to Montreal with their respective families in their youth. The two met in the 1990s and they started writing together and playing the local bar scene while always working away at writing their blend of acoustic and electronic original music.

Motek Music is excited to welcome Miyagi to the label with his single 'Mescal Lane'. Released on Eskimo Recordings at the start of the year 'Every Turn' by https://soundcloud.com/horixon (Monarchy’s Andrew Armstrong and Joseph Ashworth) and Norwegian singer Else Born (aka Philco Fiction’s Turid Alida Solberg) was a perfect moment of heartfelt, leftfield pop.

Horixon's Joseph Ashworth clearly had unfinished business with the track though. Whilst the original put Turid centre-stage Joseph has now re-tooled it into two more club friendly versions, good news for anyone familiar with his acclaimed solo releases on labels such as NeedWant, Life and Death, AnjunaDeep, Jonas Rathsman's Elements label and Catz n Dogz' Pets imprint. https://soundcloud.com/josephashworthmusic

For his first remix Joseph strips the track back to shuffling percussion and a liquid bass-line, allowing jazzy keys to dance across the track as snippets of Turid's vocals punctuate the track, the result a beautiful deep house track that sits somewhere between Havana and Detroit.

Finally Joseph turns in his 'Night Vision', a skeletal interpretation of the track, a driving rhythm section overlaid with staccato synth stabs, increasingly wild sound effects and again traces of Turid's heavily modified vocals pinging around like a ghost trapped in the machine.
