Count Leshrac Belmont starts playing music as a performer of baroque classical music and medieval folklore. From this musical background he gets involved in the metal scene, and especially the black and gothic metal one, spacing also to dark wave and synth pop. Since the age of six he's been devoted to the great composers of the seventeenth century, especially J.S. Bach and A.Vivaldi, and he spent his musical life with a great baroque shade upon his playing.

His first effort in the neapolitan scene is with Aequinoctium, a 'baroque black metal' monicker who tried to fuse the two different and somehow familiar kinds of music style. The band lived from 2000 to 2004, and published a demo and an EP, both listenable at http://aequinoctium.altervista.org.

The baroque black metal concept is now perpetrated with his new project Nox Infecta, that has a full lenght in progress.

C.L.B., his omonimous instrumental solo project, consists in all his influences bond together in a kind of music that hasn't defined boundaries, spacing from baroque to medieval styles, from soundtrack to folklore, from ambient to progressive experiments, just representing the music lived by himself as a whole.

C.L.B. as keyboard player and producer has partecipated to Tenebra, where he played as a session member. He also helped some bands with instrumental intro tracks and works of this kind.
