The mix: 

I went to the Dominican Republic originally to see Bad Bunny in Santo Domingo, with my cousin Gabriela. 
 
Friends and other folks that I met at the concert suggested that I go north of the island, to Las terrenas. there my friend martiño call me that is a Beach called playa Cosón. 

When we went to that Beach I understood why my friend had directed me there. Probably in the most beautiful beach that I have ever been to, we rolled a joint and started having a beautiful day of relax by the water. Then a storm came. We sought shelter at a house nearby and then when the storm passed, my cousin and some friends we had met along the way suggested I should play some music with my controller. 

I didn't know how much of a good or bad idea would be to play on the sand but I did it anyways. Maybe because of the joint or maybe because of the beautiful beach that was in front of my eyes. Maybe a little bit of both. 

So I started playing a set with music that I had recently found after I attended a Mister Sunday party in Brooklyn New York, the week prior.

 I had never played this music before this day. 

The result is this live set, which is one of my all times favorites.

Here's a new techno mix that I've tried to think of as a mix and not as a succession of tracks. I wanted to do something original and avoid the bangers that are played all the time (although I couldn't help playing a few). I tried to mix a bit of every kind of techno to make it interesting. There's groovy techno, hard techno, trance, a bit of dubstep, quite a bit of experimental and more generally a lot of sounds whose textures I found interesting.
