Lauren Santi Vol.2 is a collection of 10 compositions w STEMS option available. This pack explores the genres of Soul, Gospel and Psych from the late 60s to the early 70s. Each composition is arranged with multiple sections to chop and create loops from. This pack was created with no midi, only using live instruments such as Horn sections, Strings, Background Vocals, Lead vocals, Guitar, Bass, Piano, and Vintage Synths such as the MemoryMoog, Rhodes Chroma, Arp Solina etc. Each sample was meticulously processed to give you the warmth and texture of a record you would hear from the early 70s era. Tons of vintage Analog equipment was used to process each sample including, RCA Bx44 Ribbon Mic, Sony C37a Tube Mic, Quad Eight Pres, V72, EMT 140 Plate verb and ran thru an Ampex 440b Tape Machine. The Modern Odyssey is a collection of 11 analog loops that were processed, chopped & manipulated in a modern context that gives immediate inspiration and makes it easy for any producer to just drop in any DAW and start cookin up. This has been my favorite series on the library thus far because it gives me the freedom to take exclusive Jazz, Gospel, Soul or R&B compositions I've made in the past and explore new ways of processing & manipulating them in ways that create unique tones, pitches and rhythms that can't be achieved thru analog equipment. At it's root every sample was recorded thru all my analog equipment that has grown over the years with vintage keyboards like the Rhodes Chroma, Memory Moog, ARP Solina, Fender Rhodes, Hammond B3, Pianos, vintage guitar amps, live vocals, mics including the Sony C37a, RCA Bx44, U47 Fet, EMT Reverb Plate, Ampex 440b + tons more. Exploring Dissonance contains 20 Jazz piano loops, 19 Dissonant piano textures and 2 full length tutorials on Jazz Piano Theory and texture. This pack highlights dissonant chord progressions mixed with strong melodic leads lines, inspired from what you might hear from an Italian or French film from the early 1970s. All piano parts were recorded on a Yamaha C7 Grand Piano using a stereo pair of Coles 4038 mics, Sony C37a and a Neumann U47 fet thru a Trident A-Range Console. Everything from Drama, Noir, Action, Detective, Horror and Soap Opera series and Films. Filled with genres such Jazz, Funk, Soul and Fusion. A majority of these pieces where written and played as full compositions, giving producers complete full creative control to chop or create multiple loops from each sample.
