Each sample has multiple sections including Background & Adlib vocal runs, Flute riffs, Horn Sections, unquantized chords, guitars and Rhodes sprinkles of unique phrases giving it the feel and movement of a real composition for producers to chop and manipulate. Recorded and processed with 100% Analog tube equipment, vintage synthesizers like the Memory Moog, Rhodes Chroma, Arp Solina, ribbon mics, amps and outboard fx such as the RE 201 Space Echo, Univox Delay, Russian Distortion boxes, Mu Tron, MXR Chorus & Phaser, Ada Flanger pedals and ran directly to a Ampex 440b 1/4 tape machine for maximum warmth and texture. Lauren Santi Vol.2 is a collection of 10 compositions w STEMS option available. This pack explores the genres of Soul, Gospel and Psych from the late 60s to the early 70s. Each composition is arranged with multiple sections to chop and create loops from. This pack was created with no midi, only using live instruments such as Horn sections, Strings, Background Vocals, Lead vocals, Guitar, Bass, Piano, and Vintage Synths such as the MemoryMoog, Rhodes Chroma, Arp Solina etc. Each sample was meticulously processed to give you the warmth and texture of a record you would hear from the early 70s era. Tons of vintage Analog equipment was used to process each sample including, RCA Bx44 Ribbon Mic, Sony C37a Tube Mic, Quad Eight Pres, V72, EMT 140 Plate verb and ran thru an Ampex 440b Tape Machine. The Modern Odyssey is a collection of 11 analog loops that were processed, chopped & manipulated in a modern context that gives immediate inspiration and makes it easy for any producer to just drop in any DAW and start cookin up. This has been my favorite series on the library thus far because it gives me the freedom to take exclusive Jazz, Gospel, Soul or R&B compositions I've made in the past and explore new ways of processing & manipulating them in ways that create unique tones, pitches and rhythms that can't be achieved thru analog equipment. At it's root every sample was recorded thru all my analog equipment that has grown over the years with vintage keyboards like the Rhodes Chroma, Memory Moog, ARP Solina, Fender Rhodes, Hammond B3, Pianos, vintage guitar amps, live vocals, mics including the Sony C37a, RCA Bx44, U47 Fet, EMT Reverb Plate, Ampex 440b + tons more. Mario Luciano Vol.1 contains 12 original multi genre compositions and within this pack you'll also get 10 ANALOG DRUM BREAKS recorded with vintage mics and drum sets to bring you the feel and tones of those RAW boom bap drum breaks. I took a different approach while making the melodic elements in this pack. I wanted to challenge my to create dark, obscure, trap and psychedelic vibes with unique rhythms and patterns using mostly the new MOOG 1 analog keyboard to give you the sounds and textures of what you might have heard in 70s or 80s Italian horror film. I also used instruments like live horns, flutes, strings, vintage piano, vocals, hammond B3 organ and guitar to give you those old 70s soul vibes I'm known for. All mixed, processed and recorded thru tons of new analog gear I've gotten like the RCA BX-44, Teletronix LA-2A, Roland Space Echo RE-201, Vintage Vibrosonic guitar amp to bring you those warm vintage analog textures. All the reverb and Fx processing was done thru the RE-201 Space Echo, Univox Delay, vintage mu tron pedals and mastered directly to an AMPEX 440B 1/4 Tape Machine. You can hear the warmth and texture in every sample authentically to what you would hear on any of your favorite old school vinyl records of that mid to late 70s era.
