My first time playing at Fusion Festival, a dream comes true, and the night leaves me speechless. 
Thank you to everyone who danced with me, supported me before, while and after my gig. I had the best time and don't have words for that experience. 
Thank you for your trust, the lovely and professional care and the invite, Seebühne!

Fusion! Sommer! Sonne!
Was kann es schöneres geben? Ich durfte dieses Jahr bei der Fusion auf dem Seebühnen Floor meiner geliebten Crew zwei Stunden am Nachmittag spielen. Es hat mir unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht. Vielen Vielen Dank an Alle, die das möglich gemacht haben. Ich war glaube ich noch nie so aufgeregt vor einem Set und habe mich auch noch nie so lange drauf vorbereitet. 
Vielen Dank an Alle, die da waren. Ob alte Weggefährt*innen oder Leute, die einfach dazugekommen sind. Ich war am Ende einfach nur sprachlos und dankbar für so viele positive Rückmeldungen. 
Vielen Dank auch an den Kulturkosmos für dieses geile Festival und den Glauben an eine Utopie!
Ich bin ganz beseelt.

Wow, what an experience! It was my first time performing music at Fusion – and to do it during such a special moment on such a unique stage. Thank you to everyone who stayed awake with me and danced together as the sunrise broke through. It was truly something very, very special for me. It was a beautiful ending, with each bit more daylight illuminating the sky. Thanks and love also go out to the Palapa crew – you guys are the best!

3 years ago, I came with a bald head and a wig in the middle of my chemotherapy.

This year, I stood behind the decks at Freikörperküste Full of excitement and joy.

Thank you to @fernab for the invitation, the trust and for creating a space where we can feel safe and free.

My only wish was that everyone including myself would have fun. And like every Fusion wish, it came true ✨

It was such a deep honor to see you all dancing barefoot, naked and blissfully alive.

Lisbon's Paraíso is back. For the second release on the label, again some of the most essential underground producers of Portuguese origin were recruited to contribute towards a solid VA 12". 



First up is Silvestre, the Lisbon-born, London-based producer and DJ who has been releasing super inventive dance tracks on Diskotopia and his own excellent Padre Himalaya. His track 'Todos Juntos' is a tough yet playful take on piano house, accented by a gritty kick drum and a youthful vocal sample. DJ Ze MigL follows with his 'No Space' -  the Lisbon veteran, who is a true techno pioneer and has released on Chi Wax and Djax Up Beats in the mid 90s, delivers a sonic techno belter, trippy and energetic in equal measures, fit for frenetic peaktime action in any rave deserving of such title.

On the flipside, Algarve duo Roundhouse Kick of One Eyed Jacks fame serve up 'Acid Life', right on their flawless brand of romantic, evocative house music, complete with heavenly melodies and a fat bassline. Aveiro's Mind Safari (1980, Subsubtropics) rounds up the record in cosmic fashion with 'Enter Sandman', an arpeggiated journey through space and time, meant for dancing with our eyes closed and our heart open.

The result is a dynamic, strong, colourful sonic palette that perfectly depicts the best of today's landscape in the much talked-about Portuguese music scene. Dive in - and feel the fresh waters of Paraíso for yourself.

For its 225th release Freerange welcomes this exciting Austrian producer who goes by the name Demuja, you already know him if you follow closely LYO. His "Mary Janes Theory" record caused something of a stir when it came out at the start of the year on his fledgling vinyl-only label Muja. Taking his inspiration from classic deep house but with a rough and raw approach, Demuja sit proudly alongside the likes of Ross From Friends, Mall Grab or Rimbaudian riding the new wave of fresh, contemporary house.
On his Freerange debut, the Move EP offers up four original tracks, each with their own distinct flavour. Opening the release we have title track "Move" spring into action with simple Rhodes chords floating across a crisp, driving up-tempo groove showing off the deeper side to Demuja. Next up "B.o.o.m" offers us a simple yet captivating, dancefloor-focused affair with a lone, repeating piano stab hooking us into the action. Flipping over we have "Into My Brain" which brings some acid-tinged Italo vibes and a jacking beat to proceedings whilst the closing track "Turn Me On" cuts up a much-loved Paradise Garage classic for a warm, soul-infused slice of classic, bumpy house music.

As of late, France has been a hotbed for up-and-coming house and disco labels, releasing some of the grooviest tunes pumped out on dance floors across the globe. Newly minted Groovence is no exception to this, bringing forth their their first label release with a various artists compilation that will leave your head buzzing, heart melting and feet stomping. VA releases can be hit or miss but « The Cosmic Groove EP' lives up to its name with funky, spaced out cuts that will have you calling Houston and assuring them that there is no problem.

Based out of Paris, the vinyl-only label has been releasing an 'invite' series of hour long sets to showcase their tastes, with guests as Luvless ( Rose Records, Sleazy Beats recordings), Ethyène ( Moonrise Hill Material, Kolour LTD), Tour Maubourg (Pont-Neuf Records) and Twice Movement (Groovence) ; each sporting their own quality tracks on the label premiere.
