Hello. My name is Mark Certo and I am a recording engineer with a rather unique talent. I help people go into altered states of consciousness through the use of brainwave entraining sound waves. I have been doing this for decades.

My experience in this field began working with a man called Bob Monroe who wrote several books on his Out of Body experiences. During my 13 years of working with his Institute, I produce and created recordings played during the retreats. My primary responsibility was to reverse engineer EEG brainwaves of talented subjects and utilize these in creating recordings to assist novices in having similar experiences in altered states. 

During my time there, I became acquainted with all sorts of unique people with unique “Psi” talents, ranging from remote viewers and healers, to psychologists, and M.D’s studying Psycho-neuro-immunology. There were also quite a few others involved in parapsychology, quantum physics and channeling. The overarching theme to all of these phenomena is this thing we call consciousness. 

During this time, my parallel passion was radio broadcasting. I began doing interviews with many of these interesting people in the hopes of finding the common link between these wonderful and mysterious arts.

I left the Institute in 2001 to pursue my own research and over the years developed a series of meditation recordings designed to bring the listener easily into discrete altered states. You can find more about these recordings on my website at www.thetriadmind.com

These recordings use sound and meditation techniques for training the mind in order to achieve Self Actualization. It does so utilizing non-dogmatic and philosophically neutral methods. These programs are perfect for anyone who wishes to come to know themselves and live fully.  

A sense of peace, compassion, strength, focus, wisdom and authentic warmth are the hall mark characteristics of the Self Actualized person.
