Musician, songwriter (and teacher). Formerly guitarist and vocalist of the phenomenally successful* Essex covers band, Zootgoose. 

Started writing songs when a teenager in the late 80s using a Teac Tascam 4-track. These days it’s a more modern set up using Pro Logic, a Mac, an SM58 and RØDE microphones and a lot of wires. 

Countless plug in instruments are programmed or played live. A Yamaha bass provides the low notes and several Ibanez guitars provide glitz and grit. Acoustics are played on an Aria and an Epiphone. There is also a mandolin when the mood suits. Instruments are played live as much as possible.

All music is produced by the artist who does not claim to be an expert. Just try and make the music sound good then hope the mp3 version isn’t compressed to oblivion!

I do this for fun and because I enjoy doing it. Thank you to anyone who listens. Whether you like the music or not, thank you for giving it a chance.
