The unique electronic & alternative artists from Los Angeles California join forces with fellow Tel-Aviv producer and DJ Mita Gami. He has transformed the original into an absolute monster of a club track. It is rare that we get this sort of reaction in the underground but it is incredible to see the soul of two tracks merge into such elevated beauty. The bassline is extraordinarily funky, and fused with both artists' vocals, to a point where we simply can’t stop dancing. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity because only a true master is able to make you hooked.

Yubik keeps us in awe as he brings the heat with his breakbeat inspired remix whilst keeping true to the soul of the original. We have always enjoyed his exploratory and curious nature and are happy to have him on board with us on this ride.

Premiere: Stephan Jolk - Tumda [RUKUS]

Crossfade Sounds revisits Closing Cycles by Belgian duo Madloch & Subnode, inviting three distinctive artists to reimagine the track for a new EP. Originally featured in March 2025 as part of the label's first-ever physical release, the Tape From The Dub cassette compilation, the original stood out for its atmospheric depth and subtle melodic movement, reflecting the duo's inventive approach to electronic storytelling.

Now the piece returns in three unique reinterpretations from an international cast. Rheinkalk from Germany takes the track into deep experimental electronica, exploring texture and space in an abstract yet spellbinding way. Avid Sequence from Malta offers a fresh drum & bass perspective, injecting rhythm and fluid energy while keeping the emotional core intact. Closing the package, Deepdrome from South Korea crafts a finely tuned dub techno version, balancing hypnotic groove with warm, immersive sonics.

With these new remixes, Closing Cycles expands beyond its original form, bringing fresh dimensions to a work that has already become a special part of the Crossfade Sounds catalogue.

Mark Hoffen is a project founded in 2019 by the French based producer.

The freedom of expression he discovered in the electronic music scene entailed a true revolution of his inspirations. 
He is developing a deep but complex techno that quickly stood out for the quality of its sound design and the complementarity of its elements. The mood and emotions always lean towards melancholia.

Released now on imprints like Afterlife with his track « Life » or Siamese and Atlant, his music is constantly growing and changing from a melodic to a more darker sound.
