When a young Damian Glover met RJ Parsons; a kindred rock 'n roll soul; in college, a lifelong friendship was formed that centered around their love of 60's and 70's classic rock, and the last great musical era from the early 90's, Grunge... 

With the addition of Damian's younger brother Dan on drums shortly after, and a few personnel changes on bass until we found our guy, Mark, an old friend of Dan's, Breaking Levee was finally ready to hit the bars...
