I wrote this song and recorded it for fun after the Seattle Seahawks won the Super Bowl against Payton Manning and the Denver Broncos. Final score - 43 to 8

"That's an interesting question because I've lived on boast coasts and in between, and in the NFL there's an unquestionable bias to the east coast teams. I don't know if they broke through it, but there's certainly a big bias toward certain teams like the Redskins, Giants, and Patriots. All those teams get better coverage than a lot of teams out there."

Oh yeah! Its our boys, its our city, its OUR TIME! I believe every good team, city, nation, needs an anthem. A battle-cry. SOMETHING that draws the focus right back in to the common denominator that reaches beyond personal differences.

For us Seattle-ites that factor is the dreary overcast and the glorious vividness of Fall. The tech-fanatics colliding with the relentless neo-hippy fashionistas. Its Frappacinos and of course...the freaking SEAHAWKS!!! Seattle is our spot and this is where we get it done. We rep Seattle and we do it hard as the November rain! Why has it taken this long to get OUR song, one that we all can get behind? Who knows, but I hope you'll agree its here now.

Having said that, take a listen...and then take another one. Share this with your friends, family. Play it on your way downtown Friday night! Play it on the way to AND from the next Seattle home game. Bump this to your Steelers and Vikings friends!! Sing it on the bus or on your flight to LA. Teach it to your kids. No doubt...Seattle is here to stay baby!
