Comets write poems in black sky
The same one, I guess that made all the Dinosaurs die
Fossils white -in this sad starlight
Maybe it looked that way that night?

And when i'm sick of it -
and The Hawkeye stares me down
I look up there
And tell that screamin’ rock
to come on ‘ down ...We got thunderheads purple
And steamin’ crop circles-
here-- in Iowa
Have no fear - ‘THE AALIENS -aren't here
But -they left us
a little Postcard
here ,- In our badly mowed backyard
