No matter how many sound effects I added, I couldn't fill the void in my heart.

And this is the strings version, "Wait for Me (Strings)", of my piano composition "Wait for Me (Piano)", https://soundcloud.com/alexander-mihailov-96713983/wait-for-me-piano, in my work-in-progress album "Again" (2025). The track was composed spontaneously in GarageBand iOS in the late evening of 7 February 2025 and arranged, mixed and recorded in Logic Pro on 8 February 2024. There is also a synths version, "Wait for Me (Synths)", https://soundcloud.com/alexander-mihailov-96713983/wait-for-me-synths. The strings version was released here on SoundCloud in the evening (in Europe) of 26 February 2025.

The artwork cover for the album and all tracks in it uses a photo of mine of 1 June 2024 I cropped and annotated in Mac OS Preview on 2 June 2024 and again on 15 February 2025 (to change the year of the - expected - album release from 2024 to 2025).

An important note:
This could obviously be considered suggestive.
I am strongly against the intense sexualisation we see in society. However I find it annoying that you need to tip toe around that when coming at it from from an honest non suggestive point of view like I am. Limiting art for the wrong reasons is not evolution and limits the thinking of younger people...

Taking that power back! My only intention in this song is to project and maybe even protect the funk! So I stand by it and I don't mean to offend anyone. Cancel culture only gets fixed when we have proper conversations about hard topics and suggestiveness can be both positively and negatively poignant for us I suppose...

If after reading this your still offended... Have another listen... Your life needs more funk imo... 

I have two daughters and one son. 9, 4 & 6.. Rising above the bullshit vein sexualisation of humanity will be their ticket and I'll help them flap those wings with songs like this. What does it achieve..? Enjoying words and ideas for what they are in the real world...  I'm hoping I'm transcending sexualisation with my intention and they'll be taught that when the time is right. What other adults make of this is none of my business...

If you read the words there is my non sexual intention in every single idea...

This is a very important thing society needs to learn for me. More widespread critical thinking. This train of thought reminds me of the Columbine shooting where so many young souls lost their lives needlessly. Most powerful circles blamed Marylyn Manson and other perceived brands of fear. Lyrically, when you read him, this couldn't be further from the truth .. Power circles with bias motives will always blame whoever they can creating cancel culture. We don't have to eat at their table though

Money really is the route of our evil. In this song I made a nice connection with Earth having never really had anything to do with money. It doesn't give a shit what we do but it will cycle and change to rebalance based on what we do...

Money is really the poison of our spirits. Or at least because it's so attached to materialism then way too many of us wake up and go asleep and in-between.. just work for money...

We've created this amazing. tool called AI which we are being sold as making our lives better.. ok how? There's enough money in the world to feed everyone... we now have this amazing AI to do all that work... So where's the lifestyle shift coming from towards the greater good. It's bullshit because the top 1% of the capitalistic shit heap will benefit from AI and people won't unless we demand that. Meanwhile most get tunnel visioned programming it with LLMs making it easier for that top 1% to manipulate the situation...


Where are people doing whatever they want more with their own lives... Not seeing enough of it yet but I'm hoping we get there... Like poisonous ideas latch on quickly... Positive ones should too when enough people latch onto them and project that. We learn empathy from each other according to emotional intelligence experts so maybe we have to stop projecting how fucked the world is and start amplifying the little bits of light that make it amazing and give us a future ♻️
