Audiofly return to their beloved Supernature after a hiatus of over two years following their last EP on Get physical. With a hectic worldwide touring schedule and the completion of their debut Flying Circus Ibiza residency @ Sankeys, studio time was scarce for the boys.  In the few weeks they had back home in Barcelona, Anthony and Luca put their heart and soul into the creation of the Excuse My Wilderness EP. A process that took over 6 months to complete. Tim Green is back with another brace of high impact club tunes of the sort that have made him one of the most in-demand producers of the day.

Whether serving up rolling techno treats for Cocoon, essential mixes for the Body Language series on Get Physical or laying down compelling club sets in the DJ booth, Brit Tim Green is unstoppable right now. Here he steps up to the Get Weird imprint with two more tantalising cuts that show just how broad and brilliant an artist he is.

Stirring opener ‘For A Memory’ is eleven minutes of wordless and intoxicating female vocals, slick rubbery drums and plunging bass. The overall effect is hypnotic, rolling and perfectly groovy, and it will no doubt have whole dancefloors locked under its spell. Some little melodic explosions, sweeping filters and luscious pads all help add a real air of grace to proceedings that mark it out as another classic from Green.

‘For A Distant Memory’ is a subtle but noteworthy reworking of the same cut. In this one, the drums are less direct and more stripped back, there is a focus on the angelic, glowing pads and on spine tingling slices of synth that are reflective and emotive as they drop in and out. It is a perfectly trance inducing, heart warming cut that the likes of Lee Burridge at his All Day I Dream parties, or various DJs playing on a sun kissed terrace around the globe, will all lap right up.

Creative partnership Audiofly are the next to release on Crosstown Rebels with the show stopping ‘In The (Last) Moment’ featuring the angelic voice of Georgia Lewis. The release comes complete with a steadfast remix from Germany’s Robag Wruhme.

‘In the (Last) Moment’ sets the foundation with broken chuggy beats as intricate layers and grumbling pads unfold beneath the beautiful sounds of Georgia’s voice. Audiofly explain that, "sometimes it’s nice to not have to write the usual peak time bomb, with this one we followed our hearts and the vibe of young vocalist Georgia Lewis and what emerged was a sunrise moment."

With 13 years behind them Anthony Middleton and Luca Saporito AKA Audiofly have established a creative empire, which includes two record labels and their Flying Circus global party brand, which celebrated its 10th anniversary earlier this year with a world tour. Working harder than ever, a second artist album is in the works following on from 2011 long-player ‘Follow My Liebe’.

Industry veteran Robag Wruhme has more recently had releases on the likes of Kompakt and Pampa Records. Here he makes an imprint on Crosstown Rebels with this epic remix that fuses elated synths and industrial elements over solid rolling percussion.

There’s a certain ancient mystery to the melodies and feeling of Purple Hills.  Gentle, secret, ethereal mood’s that float invisibly in the spaces it’s played in. Echoes of a familiar dream reverberate behind closed eyes that always remain slightly out of your grasp. Chriss Vogt’s trip takes you away to that place. A place though that only he knew existed.. until now. 

Yokoo continues to create his own unique vibe. He expressed his love for the track when All Day I Dream visited Morocco. With it's groovier approach, it slowly creeps into the consciousness. . A crisp drum groove and just a hint at the original’s dominant melodies create a understated new version slightly left of centre.

Chriss teams up with Patrick Jeremic for Pour Éternel”. It’s always summer somewhere and it's dreamy essence charms the listener here. Classy house music to take us through winter in the Northern hemisphere.

Premiere: Rebolledo - Discótico Pléxico (Maceo Plex Remix)

Sunshine, daytime fiestas, and open-air vibes are some of the reasons why we all love the summer! To celebrate this joyous season, we are excited to share with the latest EP by Hungarian artist James Cole, titled "Guestlist". Featuring two originals and remixes by Zlatnichi and Outway, this EP is guaranteed to turn the heat up this summer.

The opening track, "Guestlist", sets the mood with funky syncopated rhythms introducing the track, and a light yet groovy atmosphere growing on top. Arranged with numerous tense breakdowns and buildups of energy, this percussive roller is an ideal daytime festival roller. Taking the track into the darker side is the deviant remix by Zlatnichi. Stripping back the funky and syncopated percussive layers, this bare-boned track is built on top of a deep, growling bass foundation and mysterious synths flowing throughout.

The second original from James, "Uh Baby", picks up the pace, with accented kicks and snares making you want to move from the off. Fast and bouncy melodies move seamlessly around the track, tied together with a host of vocal snaps, gearing this track to heat up the stage in the day raves and pool-side parties. Outway compliment the original further with their signature medium-paced, heavily grooving sound. Percussive interludes and warm bass riffs drive the track, with the vocals from the original shining through in the breakdowns.
