I sat down in my studio with the intent of creating something cheerful. But due to the pandemic and self isolating, I came up with this pensive tune to reflect on the current situation.
I started with a rhythm in 6/8 timing, and somehow managed to create an overall 10/8 feel. Flutes and strings round things out.
