Based between the haunted Staffordshire countryside, London and Berlin, Englishman Mark Fernyhough opened for Suede in 2011 and 2013, whilst their singer Brett Anderson continues to be hugely supportive, listening to demos and album tracks in progress. Mark's epic debut single 'Berlin' is a taster for his first album currently being recorded in the German capital, with various producers including Ed East who has worked with Brian Jonestown Massacre. Mark recently recorded a track with Thee Nathaniel Fregoso, frontman of LA/Berlin band The Blood Arm. Mark's songs are strongly influenced by the paranormal (he grew up in a haunted house in the shape of a cross, where a headless lady roamed through the garden). The track Berlin was produced by Lukas Creswell Rost.

A haunting tribute to abstract art pioneer Hilma Af Klint who communicated with spirits & was written out of cultural history for being female. Mark Fernyhough is an English musician/artist based between Berlin and London, and has opened for Suede on 3 recent tours. Fernyhough is currently working on his debut album & recording an abstract soundtrack commissioned by The Leo Kuelbs Collection to accompany a film which will be projected onto Manhattan Bridge as part of New York’s art event LIGHT YEAR.
