In Recent events, systemic racism has been exposed like never before and Like many others, I've been searching for Truths of from our Past, Present, And future trajectory.   Growing up 20 to 30 years post Civil Rights era will have an immense effect on how I process the reality of racism in America, and I want to invite you to journey with me through this process in what I call, Waking up Black.

We both took a dive into Jemar Tisby’s brilliant work, “The Color of Compromise” as a result of trying to get an understanding of all that is around us and we discuss the takeaways from the book.
