The first complete song I ever recorded. This has lived on a few websites since 1998, but for the longest time I thought I had lost all the original project files and could never change or improve it. As luck would have it, I found all the original project files for this song in the fall of 2015. I was able to wrangle it into a much better sounding version. Although the original tracking was done under fairly limited resources, I'm still very happy with this new version of the song.

It wasn't very long before I got so sick of that
I couldn't take it for a single second more

It used to be that I was just immobilized
A certified navel lint inspector
But now it's not a good idea to look straight down
'cuz now I'm on a supersonic vector

I had a little bit of fear that I can't handle it
What if I should black out from the Gs?
But now the fear is gone - let's get this crazy candle lit
I'd rather take this ride than stay down on my knees

I've rigged a camera to film the ride
some shots so you will not forget me
Big silly goggles to protect my eyes

and find a way that you can catapult yourself
to your specific land of milk and honey

Because that restlessness you feel should not be trifled with
